Yes, it looks like everything is set up okay for the applications using GStreamer 0.10 (all of the above, except Goobox it seems). I _think_ this should work, run gconftool-2 -t string --set /system/gstreamer/0.8/default/audiosink esdsink from a terminal. I have no idea why this isn't set up in a sane way out of the box.
