I think.. deb http://debian-multimedia.dfoell.org/ testing main will do the trick. I just had a look at that web site and they have quite a few arch's there including i386 amd64 sparc and a few others for stable testing and unstable. No need for the binary-???, apt will handle that itself.. :)
