apt-proxy

I'm experiencing trouble to put apt-proxy to work. In the apt-proxy-v2.conf I didn't change many things, only the server Ip (like 192.168.1.11) and the backends. And the client's source.list would be like deb http://192.168.1.11:9999/debian woody main for example. Is there anyone who could point a solution, if theres indeed a problem, or could show me what I should look for?
