Until recently, when I unmounted (or in KDE said "safely remove") the CF card in my USB card reader, the second LED would go out. This is the LED that flashes when I/O is occurring, is dark when there is no card in the unit, etc. The power light is steady "on" and always is when it's plugged into the USB port. Has anyone else noticed this? It was great to have a visible indication that the unmount was successful and I could remove the card. The change may have happened between 2.6.16 and 2.6.17, running 2.6.18 now and the LED remains on. Has anyone else noticed this?
