Hi, I was trying to build a package from source and it gave me an error when it tried to include the changelog file.
On executing the command dh_installchangelogs -i ChangeLog.txt I get the error: install: cannot change ownership of debian/azureus/usr/share/doc/azureus/changelog.Debian': Operation not permitted and the permissions on the file are -rw------- 1 ojs ojs 4199 2006-10-25 01:22 debian/azureus/usr/share/doc/azureus/changelog.Debian Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
