For a couple of weeks now, when I try to use synaptic package manager as user the root password dialogue box comes up, and when I type in the root password it tells me that it is incorrect.
This is a KDE password manager problem I think, and I have been hunting a way to fix it without any joy. Can someone please point me to the place this can be fixed in KDE?
