http://www.blackdown.org/java-linux/mirrors.html in the ftp archive near you, it's JDK-1.4.1/i386/01/*-gcc3.2.bin I've got unofficial debian packages for it at http://jopa.studentenweb.org/debian/ though that location may change in the near future.
