how can I custom build a kernel using kernel-image and an old config

I have built my current kernel from a debian source 2.6.15. now I need
to add support for other things, I have since deleted the source file
which I should have kept, can I download it again from debian site?
if so, where?
if I cann't get it any more, then what are my options?
thanks

Do you Yahoo!?
Get on board. You're invited to try the new Yahoo! Mail.
You can find out what kernel source packages you can easily install by
doing this:
$ aptitude search '~n(kernel|linux)-source-2.6' | grep -v '^v'
or this,
$ aptitude search '~P(kernel|linux)-source-2.6'
If your desired kernel version doesn't show up, you can always download
it from a kernel.org mirror (http://kernel.org/mirrors/) or from a
Debian mirror such as ftp://linux.csua.berkeley.edu/debian/dists/etch/main/
Good luck.
