on a DELL server bi-Xéon 3,2Ghz, i've got a loadavg of 55.37 all days longs but 
all work fine on the
server.

Here is an example :

server:~# cat /proc/loadavg
55.37 55.73 55.87 1/86 20505

This happens all the time?
