The KDE printer manager will NOT work off cups.sock. I reset it to use localhost:631 and it now "works". Reconfigured my printers. Now I am back where I started this thread. The job is queued and then sits there. The netstat shows a lot of tcp processes TIME_WAIT -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
