Hi My system comes with default locale not English. How can set the default locale to English?
As the side effect, the fixed font is of iso8859-15: $ grep ^fix /etc/X11/fonts/misc/xfonts-base.alias fixed -misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed--13-120-75-75-c-60-iso8859-15 Having removed all xfonts-*-transcoded fonts, my X won't start any more: Fatal server error: could not open default font 'fixed'; How can I fix that?
