All of a sudden, I getting package authentication failures from apt. I think this ultimately comes from hashes not matching, but what causes it from some mirrors?
My guess is that I do not have a man-in-the-middle attack (or someone is going to be VERY disappointed when they hack into my machine and find no corporate or national secrets, or even a good stash of movies;-), but I don't know why these packages don't authenticate.
