Without this, if you do anything I/O intensive on the host machine (e.g.
an rdiff backup) then the guest OS pretty much friezes. With the CFQ
scheduler it still gets pretty bad, but better than with AS.

I think this is some sort of bug with VMWare but they have yet to fix it.
