How?
With KDE. Added couple of lines to my /etc/X11/xorg.conf
to device section:
Option "AllowGLXWithComposite" "On"
Option "RenderAccel" "True"
and added new section extensions:
Section "Extensions"
Option "Composite" "Enable"
and finally enabled the effects from kde control panel.
What graphic cards?
nVidia GeForce2 (works quite slow if all setting enabled)
