I don't seem to be able to do an upgrade. The system stops with a message:-
/bin/sh: line 1: /usr/bin/apt-listchanges: No such file or directory E: Failure running script /usr/bin/apt-listchanges --apt || test $? -ne 10 If I try installing apt-listchanges, I get Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies: apt-listchanges: Depends: python-apt but it is not going to be installed E: Sorry, broken packages How do I get round this?
