The remote and local /etc/sshd_config has "X11Forwarding yes" and "X11DisplayOffset 10", the /etc/ssh_config locally had ========== Host * # ForwardX11 no ========== so I changed that to "yes", removed the # and restarted sshd just in case that makes any difference. The environment variable on the far end DISPLAY never gets set, which has allways (ok, several years ago) seemed to just happen when. Suggestions?
