First, don't top post. That is in the list rules. Second, this is Debian User, and the list summary says it's a list for debian-users, without really getting too terribly specific. The topic expectation is that everyone involved is a Debian-user, present or near-future, with topics relevant to other Debian users. Third, you are the moderator for you. Think of your mail reader like a TiVo: Thumbs down the threads you don't want to read with "Ignore thread." Mutt, kMail and gnus all have this feature.
