I think the closest thing would probably be "nvu", based on the Mozilla
code. Last I knew it had a ways to go, but their goal was to get it to
be something like a Dreamweaver competitor.

You can apt-get install nvu or if that's not up to date enough, you can
download and install it from the nvu website: www.nvu.com
