Of course it does. It asks you again for all stuff you missed in the new kernel kconfig. It just won't help moving your old choices to the new mapping, you have to re-enter them all (and that's quite a lot since it is the full set of iptables, ebtables and friends). -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
