I am trying to execute the following query and i am getting the error

i am getting the following error
Query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1
i am using mysql 4.1.11 debian sarge 3.1 i am not sure how get the correct one
