My logcheck is giving me many many copies of the following messages. > > Security Events > =-=-=-=-=-=-=-= > Mar 16 10:58:43 lovesong kernel: nsm_mon_unmon: rpc failed, status=-13 > Mar 16 10:58:43 lovesong kernel: lockd: failed to monitor 172.25.1.11 ... ... > > System Events > =-=-=-=-=-=-= > Mar 16 10:02:31 lovesong famd[2930]: connect: Connection refused ... > Mar 16 10:58:43 lovesong kernel: lockd: cannot monitor 172.25.1.11 ...
suggesting to me that fam on lovesong, which is an u386 sarge system, is trying to monitor some NFS-mounted file on 172.25.1.11, which is an AMD64 etch system. Is there something I should do to enable this monitoring, or would it just cause trouble? -- hendrik -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
