[The Digital Pioneer]

Hello. I just joined this mailing list, and I hope it will be beneficial to me.

My first question is:

I'm having some trouble getting ACPI working. It must be disabled in GRUB's boot params or else the boot goes to 'Uncompressing Linux..... OK' and freezes up. The only way to do anything is hold in the power button until it shuts down, then restarting.
