The slrn.sourceforge.net documentation says Unicode support is dependent on Slang 2, and that you can compile late version against that library to get Unicode support.
The unstable version of slrn, however, requires libslang2 but does support UTF-8. Anyone know why? $ slrn --version Slrn 0.9.8.1pl1 [2005-02-17] * Note: This version is a developer preview.
