I would like to be able to put together something like what is seen on the linksys routers, i.e. tabs for configuring a system, popping up help, etc. without having to monkey around with the details of html and CSS any more than strictly necessary. Perl is the lang I know so I like it over php or others. Anyone have a recommendation?
