-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Up to date Sid, 2.6.15 kernel.
When I insert a Compact Flash memory card in the PCMCIA slot, I get the pasted messages in the /var/log/kern.log. The problem is that the hde: hde1 message repeats endlessly, the CPU is pegged, and top reports "Cpu: 50% hi" whatever that is. When I manually reject the card, about 5 seconds later the kernel panics and locks up. Inserting a compact flash card like this has worked perfectly since 2000, but I guess I get what I get running Sid. Any ideas?
