Hi, I need to write to tape in high density
.
I did this :
ServArch:~# dump 0f /dev/nst0a /boot DUMP: Date of this level 0 dump: Thu Jan 19 15:51:24 2006 DUMP: Dumping /dev/cciss/c0d0p6 (/boot) to /dev/nst0a DUMP: Label: /boot DUMP: Writing 10 Kilobyte records DUMP: mapping (Pass I) [regular files] DUMP: mapping (Pass II) [directories] DUMP: estimated 5283 blocks. DUMP: Volume 1 started with block 1 at: Thu Jan 19 15:51:25 2006 DUMP: dumping (Pass III) [directories] DUMP: dumping (Pass IV) [regular files] DUMP: write error 20 blocks into volume 1: No such device or address DUMP: Do you want to rewrite this volume?: ("yes" or "no")
What's the problem ? Thank you . Claudio
