Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out whether I should be worried or not...
My machine is connected to a DSL-modem via a little router-box. The
router has the usual little LEDs on the front to indicate activity.
In the last couple of days, I've noticed unexplained flickerings of the
little LED. Every couple of seconds, the light gives a little blink or
two... not enough to indicate a *lot* of traffic, but I don't know what
might be causing it. Shutting down all 'Net-connected programs that I'm
aware of has no effect. Nor does logging out of Gnome.

So I'm wondering how to find out whether I'm looking at some harmless
stray process or some sort of intrusion...

To start with, can anyone recommend what command or program I would use
to simply see what process is using bandwidth... (anything out there
like top for the network?)
Any other ideas or suggestions?

        Thanks
