debian sarge on dell scsi servers

Hello,
I've got problems installing debian sarge on Dell servers, it wont
recognize the hard disk.
On Dell optiplex scsi servers i've setted the SATA Option in the bios
setup to 'Combined' so it worked fine.
The problem that on Dell Poweredge servers the option does not exist
in the bios setup and i get my debian sarge not detecting my hard
disk.
Any one can help please ?
