You should know a few things before trying to send an email to any
mailing list:
1. If you send a mail to a list in a non-spanish language, you should
write your email in English language.
2. You should send your emails in plain text format. This is because not
everybody has the possibility to read emails in html format (i.e. people
with console-based mail readers).
3. You should try to send your mails with an acceptable good mail reader
(i.e. almost any mail reader but outlook).
4. You should send your emails to the suitable list depending on the
topic of your mail.
