This is probably more of a Windows question (apologies for any

someone out there has seen this or has an idea.
I have a new Dell Optiplex XP system (Broadcom NetXtreme NIC) I set up
as a DHCP client. When I enable the LAN interface on it, hundreds of
lines of the following show up in the server syslog.
Is it possible that a firewall on the Windows XP box is blocking the
return DHCPACK?
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried turning off the XP firewall but it
made no difference. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Dell yesterday
and they didn't have an answer either.
