I've seen a similar issue, I belive what changed was the hotplugging so that you now need a line that says: allow-hotplug eth0 in /etc/network/interfaces I don't have a simple /etc/network/interfaces file any longer to show you (it's doing some fancy stuff with access point scanning) but I hope this will point you in the right direction. man interfaces should help. /Daniel -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
