On my end the problem seemed to go away when I installed a newer version of aspell. My version of aspell is 0.60.4-1. Maybe you could try upgrading to that version. (Just an idea. It could very well be technovoodoo.) -- Albert Einstein: Phantasie ist wichtiger als Wissen, denn Wissen ist begrenzt.
