Both Mozilla and Konqueror are lightyears ahead of Netscape. If it doesn't render in either of those, then the site likely just plain sucks in any browser and you should email the webmaster requesting that they fix the page and run it through http://validator.w3.org/ and tweak until it complies with the published standards. If you code to the standard, your page will render in any web browser worthy of the title (most browsers out there) and look almost, if not exactly, identical in all browsers capable of rendering it. - -- .''`.
