Continuing my quest to make this old Toshiba Satellite Laptop operational, I am now trying to figure out how to get the onboard sound working. From what info I could dig up, the sound system is an ES688/Yamaha OPL3.
What do I need to modprobe to get this working? I tried modprobe es688, modprobe es1688, and modprobe ymf262, but those all failed with FATAL: Module not found.
