Google for wince linux ppp and you should find plenty. Basically, make a PPP server on your Linux box, listening on the port your PDA rings in on using mgetty, or start PPP on that port when you connect your PDA. While I don't remember how I managed to do it, I did set up PPP to make PPP connections act like they're part of the rest of the network, which is nice because then you can FTP, browse, use smb, etc. - -- .''`.
