I use it as my preferred browser. If you like a minimalistic approach (I do), there is a skin caled Breeze Micro, you can get it from the community section of Opera.com
Some sites I still have to use IE - when in windows. Other than that, I really enjoy the browser, it even has an integrated email client / mail reader / rss reader / irc client options. And love the mouse gestures. What is adblock?
