Hi David,
as many good unix programs do, PPRACER stored its pereference data in
~/.ppracer (where ~ is your home directory). So if you edit
~/.ppracer/options, you should see the 'set view mode' option IIUC!
I assume most of there can be set inside the game but sometimes editing
a simple text file is easier.
