#2 should probably start, "By distribution I mean one of Debian stable, Debian testing, Debian unstable distributions, not Knoppix, Stormix, etc." #6 should probably s/frowned upon/prohibited. #9 should probably include an introduction of Reply-to-List and a list of modern MUAs that (properly) support such basic functionality as replying properly. #11 is incorrect. Anything unrelated to Debian *users* is off-topic (the archives and the list webpage can attest to this).
