Disabling exim.

Hi, all you Debian gurus! I was wondering, how can I disable exim4 from starting at boot? I have absolutely NO use for it, as I use webmail, and it adds a full 2 minutes to my startup time, so it really takes a while to boot up. Thanks for the help!
