Hi all, I've installed Sarge from a netinst CD. I managed to set up X, but since I have X, I can't switch to tty. All I see is a blank screen, though I can login and type commands. When I type reset, a cursor comes up at the upper left corner of the screen for some seconds, but that's all.
The problem is somewhat similar to this: http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2002/10/msg06520.html But it wasn't a solution. Anyone have any idea how to repair this problem? I've already searched the net, but haven't found anything. It's on a HP pavilion zt3000ea laptop. Thanks, PA
