Dear Debian friends, I'm a new Debian user and a newbie to Linux as well. And I need your help. I searched on the net for this but couldn't find anything...
Bare with me as English is not my mother language so I'm not sure if I'm going to explain this right. Hope you understand what I mean. I want to know is there a way to set permissions for all files and subfolders down the hierarchy - equivalent in Windows would be "Apply to all files and folders" option when you set options of one folder that has other files and subfolders.
