Hi everybody, I have been using my digital camera for quite some time now. However, today it stopped working with my debian and won't come up again. Hardware is OK, as Windows works *sigh*
So this is my setup: Debian/Sid, up-to-date, udev, hotplug and vanilla kernels 2.6.1[12]. This is what I get in dmesg when I plug in the camera: # dmesg ohci_hcd 0000:00:02.1: wakeup usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 6 scsi4 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices usb-storage: device found at 6 usb-storage: waiting for device to settle before scanning Vendor: MCC Model: DSC-3 Rev: 1.00 Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 00 SCSI device sda: 250593 512-byte hdwr sectors (128 MB) sda: test WP failed, assume Write Enabled sda: assuming drive cache: write through SCSI device sda: 250593 512-byte hdwr sectors (128 MB) sda: test WP failed, assume Write Enabled sda: assuming drive cache: write through sda: unknown partition table Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi4, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 usb-storage: device scan complete end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 250584 printk: 67 messages suppressed. Hope someone can help with this - indeed still worked a few days before. Regards, Erhard -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
