It seems to me that would be spelled no_root_squash, but I have to admit I did not check the docs. Note that this is extremely scary for most of us concerned about security. It basically opens your box up completely to your network and turns off even small attempts at safety. I recommend that you let the root user be converted / squashed for safety. Bob
