I say, feel free. I've invested a good deal of time in Debian as a hobby. An opportunity to use those skills in the workplace is pretty much my ideal job. As long as the jobs are debian-related and the list doesn't get targeted for spam any more than usual, I say recruit away. (Plus, I'm a recent college grad, and I know what the job market is like now. Every opportunity is good.)
