Hi. I'm new to linux and I'm having a hell of a time configuring my sound card! I have a Gateway Solo 1200 and I believe I have a VIA-chipset. I could be wrong though. I've tried messing with the kernel, but I'm pretty much clueless on what to do.Can anyone help a newbie out?
