Hello,

I have recently purchased a set of Debian 2.2r6 CDs, and am trying to
install off of them. However, I am having problems with the source
discs.

During the install process, you are asked to insert all the CDs in the
set, so that the system knows what you have. When I do this, the
source CDs are not recognized.

Subsequently, I have have tried using "apt-cdrom add" on the CDs, and
I get the following output:

Using CD-ROM mount point /cdrom/
Unmounting CD-ROM
Please insert a Disc in the drive and press enter Mounting CD-ROM

Is this correct behaviour, or do I have a bad set of source discs?
This works if I use the sources disc from 2.2r0. The person who burnt
my CDs reports the same result, and says that his CDs are the same as
the debian master images.

Does anyone know what the problem is? There are 3 obvious solutions:
1) I'm wrong, in which case, how do I use the source CDs
2) My supplier is making a mistake.
3) The master images are corrupt.

Knowing me, 1 is quite likely, but I doubt it.

Thanks for any help.

Simon
