Yes, you could say it is homework. We had a project in which we time in 
expressions (polynomials,trignomatry and a few other) which we must 
differentiate. The problem is just that require packages and i can't 
seem to get it finding other classes in the package.

Well..... i personally don't attend these classes for certain reasons. 
In any case, this kind of work would not have been discussed in class 
into this detail. This is the kind of things we need to figure out 
ourselves. They teach us algoritms which to use on data and the data 
structures we might need, example the different kind of tree(binary and 
otherwise). Java is only the language in which we must solve the 
problems.
