hi, I installed potato last week. For the past 1 week, I observed that potato very seldom use my swap. Previously when I was using RedHat, my comp use alot of swap. Sometime even reach 100%, left my ram 80% utilize.
Eventhough there is a different in the size of the swap potato - Memory: 96MB Swap: 190MB redhat - Memory: 96MB Swap: 100MB Can someone enlighten me, why this thing happen? I can see that when I was using redhat, the swap is keep running. I can observe this from gkrellm. Now, when I use potato, it is very seldom use swap.
