Yep. | Looking in the Gabber preferences, it even has a checkbox for turning on | the "docklet," and that checkbox's rollover text says "Right-click the | panel and Add To Panel -> Status dock." | | However, when I turn the little docklet on, it shows up in the top left | corner of my desktop, outside of the toolbar, and the status dock | remains empty. | | Is this a configuration problem on my end? It's a known problem (race condition) with the GNOME docklet protocol. I don't think it is fixed in GNOME 2. You can try (re)selecting that option a few times, and hopefully one of them the docklet will be properly swallowed by the status dock. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62652 http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62497 -D -- If your life is a hard drive, Christ can be your backup. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
