You really need to find out the nature of the complaint. Did the person claim that spam was delivered via your machine? Did they provide message headers to back up that claim? If so, then the first place to check is your mail logs. Or were they just claiming that some email address at your domain was spamming? If that's the case, then it's probably a case of forged headers and there's nothing you can do about it.
